Go on a treasure hunt in Poetics of Encryption, where details from selected artworks are waiting to be found. Here you can explore and see if you can follow the leads and answer the questions. You can solve the tasks yourself, or you can bring an adult or a friend along with you. There is a small prize for everyone who goes treasure hunting.

Workshop: Make your own fantasy sculpture

Just beneath the surface in Francis Upritchard's universe lurks mystery and mythical creatures, but perhaps also sweet, new friends. On Culture Night you will have the opportunity to make your own miniature sculpture out of clay and other exciting materials and, in the same way as Upritchard, investigate what a sculpture can be.

Workshop: Who do you fly for?

What does your own personal flag look like? One that expresses your experiences and the things you like and believe in? In the work "E-deologies", the artist Joshua Citarella has created a series of flags that show some of the communities that exist online. Come and try to make your own flag, that is about you.

Guided tour The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Art

We open the doors to the old Charlottenborg Palace, which was built in 1672-1683. In 1753, the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts moved in, and the address at Kongens Nytorv 1 has been a centre of Danish visual arts ever since. The Academy of Fine Arts has been home to the education of some of the greatest Danish artists.
