Day and night. Light and shadows. Nature and machines. The contrasts move into Kbh's newly opened cultural center BRØK.
With computers, synths and home-made machines, the artists Bo Thorning, Anders Børup and Andreas Wetterberg offer an interactive electronic plant concert which develops throughout the evening. Electrodes connected to the growing collection of plants convert touch on leaves and branches into sound. Soundscapes, calm nature and mechanical beats meet in a contemplative sensory universe.
Local artists turn on UV lamps for a workshop in the old photographic technique cyanotopy. Light-sensitive emulsion is exposed to artificial UV light and plant parts are developed in clear blue shades.
ULLO designs the light scenery.
