BaneGaarden invites you to an evening filled with inspiring activities that bring together nature, food, and well-being in the heart of Copenhagen.

Dive into the art of fermentation, where you can learn to ferment various vegetables and take your creations home with you. Søren Ejlersen from Aarstiderne will share his passion for wild herbs and sustainable cooking, offering a taste of his Nordic dahl and tips on how to incorporate wild herbs into your own dishes.

Unwind with evening yoga in the charming greenhouse, surrounded by lush plants and a tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, there will be a green long-table dinner in collaboration with Aarstiderne, a night market featuring creative crafts, and other exciting activities.

At 6:00 PM, Søren Ejlersen from Aarstiderne will fire up the large pots at Vildhaven's grill. He will share his passion for wild herbs and sustainable cooking. Taste his Nordic dahl and get tips on how to incorporate wild herbs and local ingredients into your own dishes at home.

Greenhouse Yoga

Let tranquility settle in with evening yoga in the charming greenhouse at BaneGaarden. Surrounded by lush plants and soothing scents, we offer two yoga sessions open to all. We provide some mats, but you are welcome to bring your own for extra comfort. Remember to bring a warm sweater, as the evening breeze can be cool.
