Islam in Denmark – A glimpse of a Muslim community

We look forward to welcoming you to an evening offering insight into Islam, mosque life, and Turkish culture. Everyone is welcome – regardless of gender, faith, or background.
6:00 PM – Welcome
Staff will guide you to the cloakroom and shoe area, and give a brief introduction to the evening's program.
6:15 PM – Talk: Islam and Being Muslim
An introduction to the basic principles of Islam and what it means to live as a Muslim in everyday life. Held in Danish, with the option to ask questions in English.
6:30 PM – Parallel Workshops
Guests can move freely between stations covering rites such as prayer, fasting, and pilgrimage, and more followed by Q&A.
11.00 - End
