Important dates and deadlines for organizers
Please find here important dates and deadlines applying to this year’s Culture Night and Family Culture Night. To ensure successful events and a good experience for all, it is crucial that deadlines are kept and that you stay up to date by using this page.
Dates and deadlines for Culture Night, 11 October 2024
15 May
Invitations are sent out. Registration opens for organizers and your entering of events on Culture Night’s website.
7 June at 15:00
Deadline for applications for subsidies for events. Only approved organizers can apply for subsidies.
7 July
On this date at the latest the Culture Night Association will respond to applications for subsidies. Responses are made by e-mail.
14 August
Deadline for applications to register as an organizer for Culture Night.
16 August at 15:00
Deadline for creating an active organizer profile and for entering and describing your event with a general text, image, name, address and area.
1 September
The programme is made public and the digital Culture Night Pass is available for purchase online.
30 September
Deadline for payment of participation fee by organizers in Group B.
30 September
The sale of Culture Night Passes starts via 7-Eleven.
End of September
Pick-up of the organizer package (posters etc.)
Please note that information about fetching the organizer package will be given in a newsletter closer to Culture Night.
2 October at 12:00
Registration opens for events that require booking in advance.
11 October at 18:00
Culture Night 2024 – all events open.
14 October at 12.00
Deadline for mandatory entering of number of visitors.
1 December
Deadline for returning the payment request for organizers receiving subsidies.
Family Culture night 2025
Family Culture Night 2025 takes place Friday 14 March.
