Electronic music and live-poetry

Experience the special atmosphere of Kulturnatten at the University Library in Fiolstræde, where research, literature, art and music come together in historic surroundings.

Explore the library’s iconic hall, discover the renowned author Paul Auster’s book collection, and visit the exhibitions Marginalia and Red Tourism in China.

Throughout the evening, poet Casper Gisselmann will create new poems live, inspired by research from the University of Copenhagen. The poems will be written and printed directly onto receipt paper, which visitors can take home as a unique memento of the evening.

Meanwhile, DJ Letizia Suenson will provide the evening’s soundtrack with a live DJ set, inspired by the library’s architecture.
