Art, light, music and food in industrial surroundings
On Refshaleøen, you can move around a glowing route and experience several of the island's special cultural sites in the dark.
The large B&W hall opens its doors this night and invites you to a spectacular light and sound experience. You can listen to words and music, be enriched by art and experience crafts in the old shipyard halls, loft studios and on old ships.
You can experience the sun go down over Copenhagen, "hygge" with food prepared on a bonfire, while gazing up at the stars and go on explorations in the shawdows when the twilight approaches.
So come along and seize the chance to experience the magic at Refshaleøen.

Canon, bonfire, song and sunset
Quiet, heart, the sun goes down, the sun goes down over the island, bunfire crackles and a steaming pot We meet when the bog witch brews - but instead of the bog witch it is the women from the island that builds and brews in the hot pot. Goodnight to the sun, the neighbor salutes with the canon, we sing and toasts with a warm cup.
Transfer - a garden in twilight
Twilight is when the shadows and falling darkness allow for our more than human friends to safely find food and meet with their kind. But what life is there in the Copenhagen twilight - who moves, makes sound and eats? An installation will tell stories of the past season's harvest and together we put the garden to sleep.
DA NIENTE: A gigantic sound and light installation
Experience DA NIENTE (1977), a landmark work of Danish electronic music by Gunner Møller Pedersen, reinterpreted by award-winning sound artist SØS Gunver Ryberg. The invisible becomes visible when emergent feedback sounds meet a 60-metre pendulum in this immersive large-scale installation, staged by Båll & Brand, Strøm, and The Royal Danish Theatre
Exhibition & Guitar Concert Skabelonloftet
Join Skabelonloftet for an evening of open studios, exhibitions, art and music in the historic surroundings of the B&W shipyard on Refshaleøen. Meet the artists, explore their work and experience live music with a guitar ensemble and poetry reading at 7 PM and concert by Mikkel Andersen at 9 PM, featuring works by Bach, Llobet, Barrios, and Albéniz
FB44 and their neighbors - Sail, Sing and See
Exhibition with the artist Nico Hagemann live in his works. Nicos art ranges from croquis, facades, grafitti, art nouveau in a delightful selfmade cocktail. Tonedøvs silvery karaoke trailer is placed on the dock - where you can sing your favorite song and sail with Boaties colorfull sofaboats as transportion on water. Welcome abord historical FB44
Culture Night at Øens Have
We’ll be serving our fantastic mushroom burger with potatoes and greens from the garden, along with plenty of drinks: wine, lemonade, coffee, and beer – all served in our little yurt. The bonfire will be burning, the music will be playing. Kids can go on a garden plant safari, complete challenges or make pancakes over the bonfire.
