Friends of the Naval Museum will tell about the Mast Crane and the Navy.
The Marine Historical Society welcomes you to the bottom of the Mast Crane at Nyholm. The Marine Historical Society/Friends of the Naval Museum is one of Denmark's leading societies for the dissemination of Danish and international maritime history. The society supports the Naval Museum in Copenhagen (today part of the War Museum), is behind the publication of the magazine Marinehistorisk Tidsskrift and holds a number of lectures every year on maritime topics. Members will be present to tell about the history of the Navy and especially about the Mast Crane itself.
