How can we find more calm in a busy daily life?

This year’s events focus on how to create more calm amidst the busyness of everyday life. In four lectures, you can learn about the function of the vagus nerve, the role of sleep, our tendency to procrastinate, and what happens in the brain during meditation. Alongside the talks, you can try body meditation—a simple relaxation technique that anyone can learn.
We will also introduce Acem Meditation, a profound relaxation method suitable for everyday life. Free hot cocoa will be served throughout the evening.
Unfortunately, all activities are in Danish. However, you are welcome to pop by and have hot cocoa served for free and to hear about Acem-meditation.
