Community Singing, Candlelight, Reflection

Step inside Frederiksberg Kirke and experience the beautiful church in a very special atmosphere.

Throughout Culture Night, the church will be illuminated by candlelight and subtle lighting, while sounds of nature fill the space. Take a seat for a while, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and experience the church in a different way.

At 7.30 pm and 9.00 pm, we invite you to join us for community singing. Together, we will sing a selection of songs from Højskolesangbogen – the Danish Folk High School Songbook – accompanied on the piano by the church organist. Everyone is welcome, and you don't need a great singing voice or any prior knowledge of the songs – just a desire to sing together with others. Each singing session lasts approx. 20 minutes.
