There is allways a hope

The theme is "hope" when we invite you inside the beautiful historic Helligaandshus - one of the oldest buildings in Copenhagen dating back to the Middle Ages.

The program includes a concert series that takes the audience on a unique musical journey to a wonderful world of hope with tones from, among others, the Renaissance, the Middle Ages and classical music. While Singh & Goldschmidt's repertoire contains music from many worlds, and sounds gentle to the mind and warm to the heart.

As a visitor, you can also enter from the street and be baptised, experience a reading of the fascinating and dramatic text Book of Revelation from end to end, light a candle in the dark or listen to beautiful Songs of Hope from the carillon.

HOPE & DROP-IN BAPTISM

Are you thinking about being baptized? Then drop-in baptism is an option from 5 PM to 7 PM. Everyone can be baptized for a drop-in baptism - children, young people and adults of all ages. Come as you are, bring ID, and if you are under 18, you must bring your parents with you

Organist and bellman Ørjan Horn Johansen lets the sound of the most beautiful Songs of Hope flow over the city's rooftops.

The best place to listen is in the inner courtyard behind Helligaandshuset.

LUX MEA, SPES MEA – MY LIGHT, MY HOPE: Concert

In the luxurious acoustics of the Helligaandshuset's pillared hall, the Vocal Ensemble Saint-Esprit invites you on a unique musical journey to a wonderful world of tones from the Renaissance and the Middle Ages. The audience is transported back in time through the rich, polyphonic textures and religious music that expresses hope.

THE ROAD TO FRIENDSHIP: Concert Singh &Goldschmidt

A concert with Singh & Goldschmidt cannot be scheduled. The program arises in the present and is inspired by the audience, today's events, the season, the weather and the world situation. The repertoire contains music from the many worlds the two musicians represent.

HE MAKES ALL THINGS NEW: Reading Revelation

The Book of Revelation is full of images of hope, hope for a new heaven and a new earth and thus the new creation of everything. Pastor Trine Vestersøe fills the pillared hall with the words from The Book of Revelation from end to end.
