Sadomascohism - The mental, practical and physical

A member will give a lecture and demonstration about sadomasochism and explain about the following: - Mental and physiological, i.e. the thoughts behind it, neurotransmitters, why it's enjoyable, aftercare, etc. - Practical, including how to spank, tools and what is enjoyable - The physical, i.e. the body's response and safety

The art of rope bondage

Two members will do a bondage show where you can see how bondage is not only of a sexual nature but often also of a strong artistic nature, often called shibari/kinbaku. At the show you can see the rigger tie his model on the floor and lift the model up in a so-called "suspension", where the model no longer touches the floor.

Show'n'tell of culture, toys and gear

A member will humorously show off his toys and equipment while talking about their different uses and the culture behind many of the elements in the BDSM community from the past to the present.

Psychology, consent and mental well-being

Two members will talk about different parts of psychology based on the scientific literature and hereafter the importance of consent and how consent can be more than a yes/no, and end on the topic of mental well-being, for example on the day of play and the days after, so-called "aftercare".
