Experience the world that exists at Regensen
Regensen – Collegium Domus Regiæ – was built by Christian IV in 1623 to serve as housing for 101 students at the University of Copenhagen and later also the Technical University of Denmark. Since then, the collegium has formed the framework for the study time of several great Danes and has been a focal point in the capital's cultural life. It was, among other things, in the collegium's Great Hall that Kirkegaard defended his dissertation, and the collegium students still hold their big parties. To this day, the yard is full of study talk, friendships, patina, celebration and traditions.
On Culture Night, the collegium's doors are opened, and everyone gets the chance to experience the world that exists behind the Regensen's brick-red walls.
