Welcome to an evening of Yoga and Meditation. Participate in Yoga and Meditation, Yoga Nidra - meet the teachers and have a talk about Yoga and Meditation. You are welcome to participate in one class or spend the whole evening in the school. The teachers introduce Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation or try nose cleansing.

Yoga in English, an introduction

A short class you can use as an introduction to Yoga, you will try the physical exercises and breathing techniques. This class can be combined with Yoga Nidra and Meditation. All are welcome.

Nose cleansing - Neti

Nose cleansing. A short introduction and guidance on how to clean the nose with salt water. Neti an ancient Yoga technique that refreshes, eases cold, allergy and asthma. You can just show up. Duration 15 minutes.

Introduction to Meditation in English

Participate in an easy meditation, which does not require any beforehand knowledge and you are welcome to sit comfortably on a chair. The teacher guides you through the meditation.
