Please find here important dates and deadlines applying to this year’s Culture Night and Family Culture Night. To ensure successful events and a good experience for all, it is crucial that deadlines are kept and that you stay up to date by using this page.
Dates and deadlines for Culture Night, 10 October 2025
12 May
Registration opens for organizers and your entering of events on Culture Night’s website.
29 August
Deadline for creating an active organizer profile and for entering and describing your event with a general text, image, name, address and area.
12 September
The programme is made public and the digital Culture Night Pass is available for purchase online.
Week 39
Pick-up of the organizer package (posters etc.)
Please note that information about fetching the organizer package will be given in a newsletter closer to Family Culture Night.
1 October at 12:00
Registration opens for events that require booking in advance.
10 October at 16:00
Family Culture Night 2025 – all events open.
Family Culture Night 2026
Family Culture Night 2026 takes place Friday 13 March.
